By using Dicebet Casino you are deemed to accept these terms. They are effective from 1 January 2026.

The platform is open only to users aged 18 and over. Age verification is mandatory during registration.

Each user may open only one account. Where multiple accounts are identified, all balances are frozen and the accounts closed.

Bonuses can only be used on the account they were credited to. A bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

Where campaign abuse is identified, Dicebet Casino reserves the right to suspend the account.

All transactions must use payment methods registered in the account holder's name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

The Dicebet Casino logo, design and content are protected by copyright. Copying them without permission is prohibited.

All platform content belongs to Dicebet Casino and may not be used without prior written permission.

Dicebet Casino is not liable for losses arising from technical faults, connection interruptions or user error.

Users may close their account at any time. In the event of a rule breach, Dicebet Casino may close an account without prior notice.

Where problem gambling behaviour is identified, Dicebet Casino has the right to signpost support and apply account restrictions.

These terms are interpreted under Curaçao law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Curaçao arbitration body.
